Alabama Music Hall of Fame
Stars really do fall on Alabama! The Alabama Music Hall of Fame, located on Highway 72 in Tuscumbia, showcases the musical accomplishments of Alabama natives. From opera to rhythm and blues, rock and roll to country and western, you'll be amazed at the people you've heard of who are from Alabama!

Tuscumbia Depot/Museum
Site of the first railroad west of the Allegheny Mountains. It was completed in the early 1830s.  Tuscumbia depot was built in 1888 by the Memphis & Charleston Railroad as a division headquarter.  It is being restored to its original 1888 condition.  The depot is built on the site of the first railroad west of the Allegheny Mountains which began in 1830.
 
Belle Mont Mansion (ca 1828)
One of Alabama's most distinguished homes, featuring neoclassical architecture of Jeffersonian-Palladian style. Owned by the Alabama Historical Commission, on-going restoration.
 
Coon Dog Cemetery
Coon Dog Cemetery over 100 coon dogs have been laid to rest in the scenic "Freedom Hills." Unique headstones and epitaphs pay tribute to man's best friend. "Troop" was the first dog buried here in 1937.
 
Tennessee Valley Art Center
Provides rotating exhibits of the visual arts. Permanent exhibit of aboriginal art (petroglyph).
 
Colbert County Courthouse 201 North Main Street, Tuscumbia
This stately building, built in 1881-1909, still houses county government and serves as the centerpiece for the surrounding Tuscumbia National Register Historic District. The District showcases a large collection of 19th century architecture.
